Important Update–Issue in Level One

We have discovered an issue affecting players in the late stages of the game involving a barrel of water and a character you may encounter who appears to be a prisoner behind bars (apologies for any spoilers).

The issue appears to be due to an outdated interaction interface. We have submitted an update for which we are awaiting certification with Amazon. We hope this fixes the issue within a few days.

If you have encountered problems and don’t want to wait for the fix, please click the Join button at the bottom of the home page to subscribe for access as a beta tester. The beta version should allow you to get past this point. It will also offer access to the second level, still under development.

As with all betas, there’s a possibility for occasional instability, but we try to limit major outages as much as possible.

We will post a similar update to the News and Updates section, but if you have questions/comments you would like to share publicly, feel free to reply to this post in the forums.

Great news! The issue reported with our interaction model has been resolved. As far as we know, “Adventure Castle” has been restored to its full functionality. Please let us know if you encounter any new issues.

How do you you collapse the f’ing rock formation

Apologies for the delay. Have you tried climbing the rock formation? If that doesn’t work try saying “move rocks.” Remember, it’s difficult to tell what the outcome of trying to move or climb over them might be.

Level 2 help. Stuck at noah. What do I do?

Hi Michelle. I apologize for the delay. We’re working to improve our notifications. I’m not sure what you mean by noah. I’m not familiar with any references to noah in the game. Can you describe in a little more detail the issue you are facing?
